By using the KRUE & Co. Mahjong website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We may update or modify these Terms at any time, and you are responsible for reviewing them periodically. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service, or to cancel or limit orders, at our discretion. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any part of the Services without our written permission. Headings are for convenience only and do not limit these Terms.
3. Accuracy of information
Information on this site is provided for general reference and may not always be complete or current. We reserve the right to modify the contents of the site at any time without obligation to update. You are responsible for reviewing your cart and your order confirmation.
4. Products, descriptions, and prices
Prices and product descriptions may change without notice, and we may modify or discontinue a product at any time. Our products are made in limited quantities and may sell out.
Because our cloths are custom-printed textiles, the colors you see on screen are approximate and may vary from the woven fabric, and small variations in weave, hand, and print registration occur naturally between pieces. These variations are characteristics of the product, not defects.
5. Billing and account information
We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers. You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase and account information and to keep it up to date so we can process your orders and contact you as needed.
6. Optional tools and third-party links
We may provide access to third-party tools and links that we neither monitor nor control, offered “as is.” We are not responsible for third-party materials or services. Reviewing a third party's policies before engaging with them is your responsibility.
7. User submissions
If you send us comments, feedback, or other submissions, you agree we may use them without restriction or obligation to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and agree not to submit anything unlawful or that violates the rights of others.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KRUE & Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KRUE & Co. Mahjong and its owners, employees, and partners from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
14. Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate by ceasing to use the Services. We may terminate or suspend access without notice if we believe you have failed to comply with these Terms.
15. Entire agreement and governing law
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and KRUE & Co. and supersede any prior agreements. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
16. Discounts and promotions
Discount codes cannot be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash, and are valid only on eligible products. Shipping, handling, and taxes are excluded. One discount code may be used per order, and codes cannot be combined with other offers or applied to previous purchases. Offers may change or end without notice.
17. Product names and descriptions
The cloths in The Founder's Line — Inez Marie, Emma Rose, Cora Rosella, and Lurlin Marion — are named in honor of women in our founder's family. These names are part of the brand's heritage and are used for identification and storytelling. Listed dimensions are based on standard table sizing and are intended as a guide.
18. Product safety
Our products are intended for adult use. Some items, including mahjong tiles, dice, and certain accessories we may offer in the future, can contain small parts and are not toys. These items are not intended for children. By purchasing, you acknowledge that KRUE & Co. is not liable for injury or damage arising from misuse, including the ingestion of or injury caused by small parts. Please keep such items away from young children.
