Thank you for choosing KRUE & Co. Mahjong. Each cloth in The Founder's Line is made to be played on, stored beautifully, and gifted proudly, and we want you to feel confident in every purchase.

All sales are final

Because our cloths are produced in limited, custom-printed runs, all orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once placed. We encourage you to review the product details, dimensions, and coordinating palette for each cloth before ordering, and we are glad to answer any questions beforehand.

Our quality promise

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged or with a production fault, contact us at hello@krueandco.com within 7 days of delivery, with a photo of the issue, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Printed cotton and linen textiles carry small, natural variations — slight differences in weave, hand, and print registration from piece to piece, and minor color shifts between the screen and the woven fabric. These are characteristics of a custom-printed cloth, not defects, and they are part of what makes each piece feel made rather than mass-produced.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a package is lost in transit, please notify us within 3 weeks of the ship date so we can investigate with the carrier. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may incur an additional shipping charge for reshipment.

Changes and cancellations

We begin preparing orders soon after they are placed, so we are usually unable to change or cancel an order once it is in motion, including pre-order items. If you need to update your shipping address, reach us as quickly as possible and we will do our best to help before the order ships.
