The cloths
What is The Founder’s Line?
The Founder’s Line is our debut collection of four premium mahjong tablecloths, each named for a woman in our founder’s family: Inez Marie, Emma Rose, Cora Rosella, and Lurlin Marion. Every cloth has its own pattern, palette, and personality, and each one coordinates with mats and sets through its own eight-color palette range.
What are the tablecloths made of?
Each cloth is custom-designed and printed on a cotton-linen fabric, chosen to look beautiful on the table and hold up to regular play. Exact fiber content and weight are listed on each product page.
Will the color match what I see on screen?
Screen colors are approximate and may vary a little from the woven fabric. Printed textiles also carry small, natural variations in weave and print from piece to piece. These are part of what makes each cloth feel made rather than mass-produced.

Care
How do I wash my tablecloth?
Our cloths are machine washable. For longevity, we recommend a gentle cycle in cold water and laying flat or hanging to dry. Full care guidance is included on the product page and with your cloth.
How should I store it between game nights?
Fold or roll the cloth and keep it somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sun. Stored well, it is built to come out night after night.

Fit & compatibility
Will the tablecloth fit my mahjong table?
The cloths are sized for standard tables. Dimensions are listed on each product page so you can check against your own table and mat before ordering.
Does it work with my mahjong mat?
Each cloth is designed to coordinate with popular mahjong mats and tile sets, and its palette strip shows the range of colors it pairs with. We are not affiliated with any mat brand; compatibility is based on standard mat dimensions.

Ordering
Where can I buy KRUE & Co. cloths?
Only here, at krueandco.com. We sell directly so we can control the quality and the experience end to end. You will not find us on Amazon or Etsy.
Can I order a custom cloth or a larger quantity?
We take on custom and larger orders for the right occasions. Reach out through our Contact page or email hello@krueandco.com and tell us what you have in mind.

Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders usually ship within 1 to 5 business days, and most go out within 2. Delivery generally takes 5 to 10 business days after that. All orders ship from within the United States.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At launch, we ship within the United States only. We hope to open up additional destinations in the future, so join our list to hear when we do.

Returns
What is your return policy?
Because each cloth is custom-printed in limited runs, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or with a production fault, email hello@krueandco.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.

What does “KRUE” mean?
KRUE is a play on “crew” — the people you gather around the table. The whole brand is built around that idea, which is why our line is named for the women who set the table before us. Gather your KRUE.
