Shipping policy

 

Every KRUE & Co. order is prepared with care. Below is what to expect from the moment you place an order to the moment it arrives at your table.

Where we ship

At launch, we ship within the United States only. We hope to open up additional destinations in the future.

Processing time

Orders typically take 1 to 5 business days to prepare, with most shipping within 2 business days. These are estimates and may vary during launches and busy periods, so we recommend ordering well ahead if you need a cloth for a specific game night, gift, or occasion.

Delivery times

Delivery generally takes 5 to 10 business days after fulfillment. All orders ship from within the United States.

Multiple items

When an order includes more than one item, your pieces may arrive in separate packages and on different days. Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout, as we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.

Lost or damaged in transit

We cover items that are lost or damaged while in transit. If something arrives damaged, contact us at hello@krueandco.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement.
