How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders ship within 1 to 5 business days, and most go out within 2. After that, delivery takes about 5 to 10 business days. We ship within the United States.

What is your return policy?

Because each cloth is custom-printed in limited runs, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or with a production fault, email hello@krueandco.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.

How do I care for my tablecloth?

Each cloth is machine washable. To keep it looking its best, wash gentle in cold water, then lay flat or hang to dry. Store it somewhere cool and dry between game nights.

Will it fit my table and work with my mat?

Each cloth is sized for standard tables — see the dimensions listed above. It coordinates with popular mahjong mats, though we are not affiliated with any mat brand and compatibility is based on standard mat dimensions. Screen colors are approximate and may vary slightly from the woven fabric.
